  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) and PayPal for secure and convenient transactions.
  • How can I track my order?
    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on our website or the shipping carrier's site
  • Do you ship internationally?
    We are now able to ship internationally, and shipping is calculated at checkout. Please allow additional dispatch and shipping time for all international orders, if you have any further questions, please contact us directly
  • How do I determine the right size for my baby?
    If you have specific questions or need assistance, feel free to contact us. However, most of our accessories are "one size" and tend to be suitable from Newborn - 2 Years, and our rompers are a relaxed/oversized fit so we would recommend purchasing your little ones normal size, no need to size down or up.
  • Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
    Unfortunately, we are unable to modify or cancel orders once they are placed due to our efficient order processing system. Please double-check your order before confirming the purchase.
  • Do you offer gift wrapping services?
    All of our orders are carefully wrapped in gift wrap and ribbon as standard, and sealed with a thank you sticker. If an additional message is to be added inside the package, please enter a note at checkout and we will try our best to accommodate.
  • How can I contact customer support?

  • If my order contains "Pre-Order" items, will I receive everything at the same time?
    Yes. All orders are processed and sent as one, therefore if your order contains "Pre-Order" items, your package will be dispatched when the items become available, which is usually within 2 weeks of pre-ordering. We suggest that if you require your in stock items prior to the expected date of the pre-order items, please place two separate orders.
